AN office floor at 468 St Kilda Rd has been leased by ID Property Advisory Pty Ltd.

Conquest Downlings director Luke Conquest negotiated the lease on behalf of Bell Partners. The subtenant, ID Property Advisory, was represented by Tim Bolton of Bolton Property.

Conquest said ID Property Advisory has leased the whole floor equating to 901 sqm at Level 7, 468 St Kilda Road.

"There is approximately two years remaining on the sublease, with the ability to take up a further option. The floor attracted a great deal of interest due to the cost savings to tenants with an existing well presented fit out already in place.

"The subtenant was attracted to the space due to the whole floor being fully fitted out and ready to occupy as a result of the sublessors relocation into larger premises within the CBD," he added.

"The floor also provided excellent views both over Albert Park Lake and the bay as well as up and down St Kilda Rd," Conquest concluded.
