Murrumbeena block sold off the market

A BLOCK of units at Murrumbeena in Melbourne's south-east has sold for the first time in over 25 years, in an off the market deal worth $2.75 million.
Located at 17 Toward St Murrumbeena, the property was sold by Conquest Estate Agency and it was snapped up by a local investor.
The property consists of 10 two-bedroom units of approx 41 sqm each, on separate titles, which were sold as a whole. The property includes 10 undercover car spaces on a 882 sqm site.
This is the fifth block of units that Conquest Estate Agency have sold over the last year.
Conquest Estate Agency Directors Simon and Luke Conquest said the transaction is a testament to the continued demand from investors for good quality blocks of units within close proximity to public transport and amenities.
The block is located approximately 250 metres to Murrumbeena Station, 300 Metres to Neerim Rd shopping centre and 1.5km to Chadstone shopping centre.
