Conquests are pleased to have successfully leased 486 City Road, South Melbourne to a reputable fitout and office furniture company who were eager to establish a new home for the business with good exposure, after their existing premises in Southbank were earmarked for development.

Luke Conquest secured the tenant on a long term lease for the client, on terms reflecting a healthy rental of $155,000 pa + Outgoings and GST. The building is a combination of office, showroom and warehouse which was previously occupied by a car sales business.

The new rental achieved reflected a $70,000 per annum increase for our client, which was a fantastic result.
